Nickel Alloy Threaded Flanges are constructed using high-nickel-content materials like Nickel 200/201, Inconel, Monel, or Hastelloy, depending on service requirements. These alloys consist of 65% to 99% nickel and an element such as chromium, molybdenum, copper, or iron for corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. These flanges possess excellent characteristics, such as tensile strength of 450 to 800 MPa and better resistance to acids, alkalis, and high-temperature oxidation.
