Super Duplex Steel S32750 Flanges are primarily made up of 25% chromium, 7% nickel, and 4% molybdenum, along with some nitrogen and manganese. This well-balanced chemical makeup gives the alloy its unique dual-phase microstructure, which combines both austenite and ferrite. These flanges showcase impressive mechanical properties, including a minimum yield strength of 550 MPa and a tensile strength of around 750 MPa, along with excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking caused by chlorides. The material also retains its toughness and weldability, even in extreme temperatures and high-pressure situations.
