Super Duplex Steel S32760 flanges have about 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.6% molybdenum, and a low percentage of tungsten, nitrogen, and manganese. This specific chemical structure makes them stronger in terms of corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. The flanges have high tensile strength of approximately 800 MPa and yield strength of about 550 MPa. They also possess good impact toughness and resistance to stress corrosion cracking induced by chloride.
