Titanium Flat Flanges are largely produced from titanium Grades 2 and 5 with a chemical composition highly concentrated in titanium (≥ 90%) accompanied by traces of aluminum and vanadium in Grade 5. The flanges have very good mechanical properties such as tensile strength of 344 MPa to 895 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa to 828 MPa, and good ductility with elongation of 10% to 30%.
