Alloy Steel F11 Flanges are constructed from a chromium-molybdenum low alloy steel with about 1.25% chromium and 0.5% molybdenum. The flanges commonly provide tensile strength between 415–585 MPa and very good structural stability at high temperatures. F11 alloy flanges have good weldability and fabricability, with retention of mechanical properties under heat and mechanical stress.
