Carbon Steel RTJ Flanges are usually manufactured from ASTM A105 or A350 LF2 materials. The flanges are made with a deep grooved machining into which a metal ring gasket is pushed under bolting, forming a robust pressure-tight seal. Used for their superior strength, toughness, and sealing capabilities, the flanges have tensile strengths that are usually between 485 to 620 MPa.
